Very impressive crew. It was an evening rush, with complaining idiots, and the staff was on game. The nitwit in front of me was saying that there was money on her Starbucks card and rather than argue the cashier decided to grat her order. Dum dum then made the manager leave her extremely busy spot at the drive thru to argue about the card. The manager walked over smiling and made it all better. There were swamped baristas moving at short order cook speed and efficiency, and still everyone seemed like a happy team. Corporate should be proud of this team.

It's a Starbucks. Ker-chunk from the cookie cutter mold. Easy enough, the barista was nice and the drink order was correct. Cool outside seating area if you don't mind a little exhaust from the drive-through.

What can I say about this great location? Well full of great people with a wide range of personalities. Some how they make it work, and work well. Most know who at least 35% off the customers and what they drink. Such a helpful and attentive manager to. Always there to lend a hand and fix any issues. Great work team.

This Starbucks makes me feels like I'm entering my hometown cafe where everyone knows your name! it's truly the most friendly, personable Starbucks in town. That's what sets them apart and that's why I love them! Orders are correct, coffee is fresh, oatmeal is yummy (yes, that's what I like). Their seating area isn't the largest, but it's comfortable. It's also your typical Starbucks where at one table they're cramming for an exam and at another table they're making million dollar deals! All Starbucks are not created equal and this Starbucks stands high above the rest. Enter a place where you can get away and know people are all the same, a place that has become my "Cheers"...no Shelly Long, but hey I never said they were perfect.

I am so upset with my experience. I only gave two stars because of the nice girl at the window. I went this morning through the drive thru and was happy to see I was the only one in line...not for long of course. I get up to the window and have a nice chat while my coffee is made. I get my Caramel Macchiato and in my cup holder it goes. I always let is chill for a little bit because it is always too hot for me when I first get it. I opened the coffee miles away from the store to find 1/4 of my cup missing! I paid almost $5 for 3/4 of what I ordered. I was so livid. The Barista jipped me out of what paid for and of course by the time I noticed I was already home. I made sure to take pictures and save my receipt. I will be going back tomorrow to talk to a manager. Very unhappy customer! P.S. I will be posting the picture as well!

Of all of them this is 'my Starbucks.' Fast, friendly service and knowledgable staff, the pre-requisite singer/songwriter soundtrack and predictably top notch coffee. What I like best about this location is the terrific ambiance. A diverse group of small business deals over Macs, study groups, duos or lone coffee drinkers reading or chatting. This Starbucks is an oasis of laid back, bookish vibe on South Academy and I appreciate it every time I go in for a latte.

Starbucks.. Is Starbucks! But I found that the employees were pretty disrespectful! I found it very rude that they were talking through their headsets amongst each other as my friend and I were attempting to order our drinks. The guy who was trying to get our order was a little too distracted by them and he messed up the sizes of our drinks.. And also the entire drink my friend ordered! Thanks for a terrible experience from some shitty employees!!
